Deborah A. Palmer Law Corporation was established in 1995.  A civil law practice including administrative and government law with an emphasis in real estate, construction, land use planning, home owners’ associations and general improvement districts, including water, sewer, and roads.  We also emphasize alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation as well as civil litigation from trial to appellate practice. Our goal is to give prompt and professional customer service to resolve legal problems.  We have served the Lake Tahoe area, both in California and Nevada, since 1987.
